New PSB varieties have arrived on the flat nectarine peach scene. These are medium-sized, white-fleshed nectarine; while they respond well to thinning, aiming for a larger size is not recommended due to the risk of the fruit splitting at the center. Delicious to eat and highly colorful, they are designed to serve as a healthy snack.
