Rootstock of Ciliegio Franco, obtained from seed. Suitable for deep, fertile, not so heavy soils. Sensitive to drought, it tolerates limestone and moderate asphyxiation; not very suitable for replanting. Strongly vigorous, it has a slow entry into production and is used where the use of "magaleppo" is not allowed. Nowadays is not very used in new generation cherry orchard.
