Pyrus Communis


Old generation rootstock, obtained from seed. They are heterogeneous plants but with common good characteristics like good affinity with the varieties, high vigor, late fruiting which, subsequently, reaches good productivity and consistency. The quality of the fruit improves with the entry into full production. The root system is deep, taproot and adapts to all types of soil. It is on average resistant to active limestone, radical asphyxia, Agrobacterium tumefaciens, nematodes and woolly aphid.
