Cherry variety with early ripening time. High-yielding tree of average vigour, fruit of average size, semi-firm flesh, fairly good flavour and highly susceptible to cracking.
Tree: Medium vigour and spreading habit. Good productivity.

Flowering: Early blossoming time. Rita needs pollinator, such as Burlat.
Maturation: Early ripening time, about 8 before Burlat in Italy.
Fruit: The fruit has medium-big size, round shape and spotted skin over an intense red background. Cherry is quite sensitive to cracking and averagely to monilia.
Taste: Cherry is quite soft and with a medium taste.
