Very sought apple variety which it is very healthy thanks to its richness in polyphenols, the natural antioxidants that preserve themselves even after the eventual cooking of the fruits!

Apple tree with upright habit, of high vigour and production and slow fructification.

Maturation:
Medium-early, about -15 Golden B.
Fruit:
Fruit of truncated-conical shape, greenish-yellow skin with red overcolour, covered by rusty lenticels; it has big size. It is sensitive to oidium, scab, bitter pit and manipulations.
Taste:
Creamy-white flesh, melting and average consistent, sugary, acidulous, aromatic and with high organoleptic qualities.
