Durone Nero II
Cherry variety interesting for fruits' firmness (for the late ripening time) and dark color and despite it is an old cultivar, it remains valid. Especially of local interest it is suitable for the preparation of jams too.

Cherry tree from high to medium vigor erect posture-expanded, good productivity.

Maturation:
Late ripening time, about 40 days after Burlat.
Fruit:
The fruit of this cherry cultivar is medium in size, heartshaped, dark red; susceptible to brown rot and quite resistant to cracking.
Taste:
The pulp of this cherry is moderately firm and it tastes very good.
