Giant Red
Reference variety for all cherry producers. Giant red (also called Prime Giant) kicked off medium-early ripening, but large-sized, cherries. Variety not self-fertile, it needs pollinators.

Expanded habit and excellent productivity. Quick fruiting.

Maturation:
Early, about 4 days after Burlat.
Fruit:
Round and of excellent caliber 32-34 mm. Dark red color. Covering is recommended on average sensitive to cracking. Excellent shelf life of the fruit.
Taste:
Sweet and firm.
