Ancient variety of french pear with autumnal-wintry ripening time. Exquisite fruit but sensitive to dents.
Tree: Pear with erect habit, high vigour and intense but slow and inconstant production.
Flowering: Suggested pollinators: William, Conference, Passa Crassana.
Maturation: Medium-late, about +25 William.
Fruit: Large size fruit, middleweight over 250 grams, it shows a greenish-yellow colour with a pinkish-red overcolour.
Taste: Its whitish flesh is buttery to the palate and with an aromatic taste, sugary ad fragrant.
