Pink Saturn 5 is an Italian plum variety origin, about +7 fortune in the ripening chart. Plum of very good caliber, red-pinkish skin. Excellent texture and flavor. No thinning required.

Yellow flesh with a good firmness. Very good taste, 16-19° Brix.
