Very productive cherry variety, Regina produces a heart-shaped fruit of good caliber. It needs pollinators such as Ferrovia and Kordia. It isn't susceptible to cracking very much and also to Monilia, it also has an excellent behavior on dwarfing rootstocks and therefore in medium-intensive to intensive plantation.
